Man sentenced to 20 years for kidnapping and raping minor girl
A 28-year-old man has been sentenced to 20 years rigorous imprisonment for kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl four years ago in Ganjam district. The Pocso court also imposed a Rs 10,000 fine, with an additional six months jail if unpaid. The survivor will receive Rs 3 lakh in compensation.
