Protests greet expelled Congress MLA Mamkootathil at hospital in Kerala
Expelled Congress MLA Rahul Mamkootathil was arrested in Pathanamthitta on Sunday in connection with a sexual assault case. He was taken for medical examination and faced protests from DYFI and Yuva Morcha activists. Police dispersed the crowd and escorted Mamkootathil into the hospital. This is the third sexual assault case registered against the Palakkad legislator.
