Aditya Sahu is the new president of the Jharkhand BJP. Union Minister Jual Oram announced Sahu's appointment. Sahu previously served as working president. He replaces former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi. Several prominent leaders were also elected to the national council from Jharkhand.
